About Shambala
A European spa that keeps its voice down.
Shambala sits inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Al Barsha 1 — far enough from the noise of Sheikh Zayed Road that you stop hearing it somewhere between the lift and the door.
The rooms are dark, warm and lit by candle rather than ceiling. Treatments run to the time you booked, not to the time the next guest is due. Nobody upsells you anything while you are lying down.
